While most artists choose to display their works for the world to see, Christo and Jeanne-Claude did the opposite: they chose to conceal theirs with fabric.
Their journey began with small, everyday objects wrapped in cloth, but soon expanded to grand, iconic projects—bridges, islands, and even the Capitol Building.
